LOWELL, Massachusetts — June 5, 2016 — The Young Democrats of Massachusetts hosted their annual pre-convention party on June 3rd as delegates and guests gathered in Lowell for the Democratic State Convention the following day.

Members of the Young Democrats of Massachusetts as well as the Young-at-Heart attended the YDMA pre-convention party at Garcia Brogan’s in Lowell. Convention delegates and guests of all ages gathered for food, drinks, and discussion the night before the 2016 Massachusetts Democratic State Convention. Also in attendance were several elected officials and candidates including State Representative candidates and Young Democrats Jack Patrick Lewis of Framingham and Jason Adams of Randolph.

YDMA Chair Matthew Murray closed the party thanking all for their attendance, making note of the elected officials present, as well as the members of the YDMA Board of Directors. He followed with a call for all present to get involved with the Young Democrats of Massachusetts as they move forward to organize and help Democratic candidates for office across the Commonwealth.
