Vote and Volunteer in Today’s Massachusetts Presidential Primary.

Today is Super Tuesday, the presidential primary in Massachusetts and 9 other states across the U.S. Here in Massachusetts polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. If you need help identifying polling place visit: http://www.wheredoivotema.com. This is your chance to cast your primary ballot for President Barack Obama! Our friends at the Massachusetts Democratic Party have put together this list of accomplishments:

“The President has made progress on Jobs and the EconomyEducationEnergy and the EnvironmentEqual RightsHealth CareNational Security, and Taxes. Find the issue that speaks to you and tell five of your friends why they should reaffirm their support for Barack Obama.”

I’ve found another list of accomplishments here: http://obamaachievements.org/list. Today’s primary is also an opportunity for you to vote for local Democrats running for Democratic City or Town Committee, and for your representatives on the Democratic State Committee. For information about the primary please visit the Secretary of State’s Elections Division Web-site. For those interested in volunteering, OFA is hosting a number of Get Out The Vote efforts across the state. Visit https://my.barackobama.com/page/event/search_simple and enter your zip code to find the closest event.

Please share this information with your family and friends. For those of you on Facebook, join YDM’s event and share it on your wall. And Join the conversation on twitter using the hashtag #MAPrimary and let everyone know you voted for @BarackObama and @MassDems.
