According to Miriam-Webster, one definition of a “caucus” is: a group of people united to promote an agreed-upon cause

We are the first and only Jewish organization within the Democratic Party in our Commonwealth. We are proud of our network of young, Jewish Democratic activists who are committed to championing policies that reflect our commitment to tikkun olam, which means to “repair the world” in Hebrew. We welcome all members of the Jewish community to attend our events. Past events have included discussions with elected officials, and special guest speakers, Shabbat dinners, and networking events.

Our mission:

We strive to engage young people in the Jewish community with the Democratic Party in Massachusetts. We are building future Jewish political leadership. The Young Jewish Democrats of Massachusetts aims to elevate Jewish voices in the Democratic party and fights to make sure Jewish values are represented.
