Endorsements

Each election cycle, the Young Democrats of Massachusetts Board of Directors endorse candidates for local, state, and federal office because they represent youth interests. We work hard for candidates who support issues in our platform ranging from affordable housing, healthcare coverage, student loans, safe-guarding equality, education reform, environmental protections, fostering a fair economy, and investing in infrastructure.

Current Endorsements:

The Young Democrats of Massachusetts has endorsed Democratic Congressman Ed Markey in the special election to replace Secretary of State John Kerry. Volunteer with the campaign here. The general election is Tuesday, June 25th, and polls are open from 8am to 7pm. Find out where you vote, or register (or re-register if you’ve moved or changed your name since the last election).

2013: We are currently accepting Endorsement Questionnaires for candidates in special elections for State House or State Senate, and candidates for municipal office in the 2013 general election cycle. Please contact YDM Political Director Leland Cheung for more information.
